Our artisan crafted products are raw and unpasteurized. So make sure after you pick up your Karma Cleanse you get it right to a refrigerator or cooler. It is also important you consume all products within three days of pick up to ensure freshness and maximum nutrition.
We have created a variety of Cleansing options to fit your needs and lifestyle. We offer 1, 3 and 5 Day Cleanses plus lifestyle and transition options to ensure you stay on track. Each Cleanse has been carefully designed to maximize benefits without going to extremes.
Whether you opt to Cleanse for one day or five, we’ve made it easy. Each day you will receive 6, 16 Ounce Juices, Teas, and/or Elixirs that have been labeled 1 though 6. You will start your day with #1 and end it with #6 which is usually our delicious Healing Broth that you will heat and enjoy like soup. It is best to drink juices every two hours, but listen to your body and drink accordingly. Water is an integral part of your Karma Cleanse. Between each juice make sure to drink at least 8 ounces of pure, filtered water. This will help cleanse your palate and work with the juices to help flush away stored toxins. What about my morning coffee or my evening glass of vino? Nope, not part of the plan…sorry (yeah, we know…we feel ya) It is best to avoid anything other than your Karma Cleanse products, pure-filtered water and the occasional herbal tea.
